At Saddleback Elite Performance Cycling, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed RMA form inside the box for faster processing.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your own preferred tracked shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned products, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
